Selling on Ebay - Day 18

Among the many things that I do, I also sell items on Ebay.  So here are a couple of items that I took pics of to list on Ebay.  While doing that I was also cooking dinner so I took a shot of my meal today.  I usually don't like to cook steaks because I can never get them tender enough but today I have to say that they came out just right.  Flavorful and tender.  The mac and cheese was made by cousin, it is soooo good that she is asked to make it for every dinner the family has.  She was nice enough to make a batch for  use at Christmas and I cooked it tonight.  MMMMM good!

Cute tea set.

I have no idea what these are for but someone may want them, LOL

Ended the night with a delicious meal,
As you can see, I have a broad range of items to list.  I go to sales and find items that I think will sell and make a little profit from it.  I never used to go to yard sales or thrift stores but in hard times, you learn to readjust and make it work for you.  I have found so many cool items over the years and have fun looking and seeing what new treasure I can find.

Whipping up some Body Butter - Day 17

Ok, so I lead a fairly dull life, LOL.  I spend my off days making products for my store.  Today I made some whipped body butter.  No bells or whistles with this photo :)  Pictured clockwise from the top is PS I Love You Type, Moonlight Path Type, Mango Sorbet and Pink Panties (Got to come up with a different name for the last one but good for Valentine's Day).  I got a little adventurous and tried a dual color in the PS I Love You.  Anyway that's what I've been doing today.

Whipped Body Butter
These are made with coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and macadamia butter.  A luxurious butter to pamper your body.

A Full Moon - Day 16

These were taken at about 2 a.m.  (I couldn't sleep).  I looked out my window and saw that it was a full moon and decided to try and take pics of it.  Those didn't come out; but then I decided to try and take pics of my yard in the dark and these are the results.  I set my camera up on the tripod.  They look black and white but they were taken in color.  I did not use a flash.

My four-legged furry baby - Day 15

I am an animal lover, I must admit.  I have four dogs and one cat.  I have had animals all my life and can't imagine living without a pet.  The newest addition to the family is my sweet Peanut Butter.  He is the offspring of Morgan and Deliah.  He has two brothers who I helped Deliah deliver.  I opened the sac and cut the cord on two of them.  Peanut was the last one born and Deliah did most of the work with him.  He was the smallest and when he was born, his fur was so soft, straight and shiny and dark brown.  You look at him now and say is that the same puppy?  That is how much he has changed.  Anyway, I wasn't feeling so hot toda so I spent most of the day in bed and Peanut kept me company.  Here are a couple of pics of him sleeping in my bed.

Did you say something?

I guess not.
When he was first born, he was quiet and he slept most of the time. You'd never know that now, because he demands that you talk to hinm.  When I come home from work, if I don't speak to him, he will chase me and bark at me until I talk to him.  It's amazing how much personality dogs have.  I love my little Peanut Butter.

Day 14

It was the end of the week and was so busy at work and then went and spent some time with a friend that I didn't get to take any pics today.

1st Day back to Work - Day 13

After the office being closed for three days, it was back to work today.  I woke up late, my car was dead, my gas was on E and the roads were still icy.  I don't get paid until Friday and I didn't know how I was going to make it till then.  I called in to work to say that I was going to be late and Wanda, the receptionist, told me that I got a mileage check.  Talk about just in time.  Made it work and picked up my check and went to get a battery and gas.  I made no attempt to make home visits today so was stuck in the office all day, which was fine.  To break the monotnoy, one of my friends decided to try and go sledding in the back of the building with a tote cover.  Needless to say it was so funny that I couldn't catch my breath.  She would kill me if I posted that video but it was so funny because she didn't go anywhere as hard as she was trying.  I would've taken pictures but I had left my memory card at home so my internal memory was full from the videos.  What to do, what to do?  My cell phone of course!  Here are two pictures that I took today on my way home.  Not the greatest pics and I do apologize :)

Self-Portrait - Day 12

Part of this challenge is do a self-portrait at least once a month. I hate having my picture made because I am never happy with the way they turn out so this is a true challenge for me to show pictures of myself.  For some reason to me I look differently in the mirror then I do in a picture, go figure!  I am posting two pics one with glasses and one without.  The one without is blurry but I do like my facial expression.  They say your eyes are the window to your soul.  What do you see?  Well.... here goes....
